"WEL50" Promo Code Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is only applicable to the LOG-ON E-Shop website (https://logon.com.hk), and is not applicable to the E-Shop app and LOG-ON physical stores.

2. This offer is only applicable to super e members who make their first purchase on the LOG-ON E-Shop website and spend a net total of HK$500 or more on designated items in a single order.

3. Each member can enjoy the offer once per transaction.

4. The offer is valid from 23 (Tue) May 2023 to 30 (Fri) Jun 2023. Expired offers will not be accepted and no retrospective arrangement will be made.

5. This offer cannot be used for (but not limited to) the purchase of baby formula, cigarettes, Nintendo products, PlayStation® products, food and beverage items at the AMAZING FOOD HALL at city'super Times Square store, sweets house Cha Cha Gift Vouchers, gift / shopping vouchers, purchase or top up of city'super Gift Cards, delivery charges, gift wrapping charges, transactions using prepaid cards or stored value cards, reloads, top ups, recharging, value-added service, or in conjunction with any other promotion or coupons.

6. super e and super e-gold members can earn loyalty points for the net purchase amount, excluding delivery charges.

7. super e and super e-gold members are required to log in at the LOG-ON E-Shop to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.

8. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for other products/shopping vouchers, or transferred to a third party. Photos are for reference only.

9. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and accumulated spending from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions. The gift will not be returned.

10. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with super e-gold year-round discount, member reward eCoupons, or other promotional offers or coupons.
