Once every 7-10 days, depending on the condition of your calluses (individual use may vary).
How to Use
1: Spray the essence evenly on areas of concern and thoroughly moisturize.
2: After about 1 minute, use the coarse side of the foot file to gently and gradually file away the calluses, starting from the thickest areas.
(If you press too hard, you may file away too much.)
3: When the surface of the file turns white and it becomes difficult to file, spray more essence on it to make it smoother.
4: Use the fine side of the file to smooth it out.
5: Rinse thoroughly with wet tissues or water, and finally apply cream or something similar to prevent dryness.
6: After use, wash the file under running water and dry it thoroughly.
