Terms & Conditions:
- Limit ONE set per customer only (based on customer's name, email address and so on).
- On site pickup service available only.
- Pickup location: AMO, Room 824-825 (Middle Block), Star House, 3 Salisbury Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong
- If a customer orders more than one set, City Super Limited reserves the right to cancel the order.
- Customer should provide the credit card used for payment and HKID card for the onsite verification. Credit card holder name and the name on HKID card must be the same. Otherwise, City Super Limited reserves the right to cancel the order.
- If a registered customer authorizes other person to pick up the order, authorized person must provide:
- (a) order confirmation email (with order number)
- (b) the printed copy of HKID card of the registered customer
- (c) the original credit card or original copy of credit card statement (the credit card used for payment) in order to show us the HKID card number (must be same as the registered one) and the last 4 digits of the credit card number & credit card registration name for on-site verification.
- (d) Authorized person is required to provide his/her HKID card number for our records.
- City Super Limited reserves the right to cancel the order if customers cannot provide the above information.

A deposit of HKD100 is required for administration fee.
- Customer who attended the pickup section (11:00 am – 5:00 pm) on 28 DEC will receive the refund notification email of deposit within 3 working days. The actual amount received date depends on the credit card company arrangement.
- Customer has not attended the pickup location above at scheduled time (11:00 am – 5:00 pm) on 28 DEC, the deposit will be forfeited.
- super e and super e-gold members are required to log in at the LOG-ON Eshop to earn loyalty points and accumulate spending. No retrospective arrangements will be made.
- In cases of online payment failure, the order will be cancelled.
- Items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- City Super Limited reserves the right to amend terms & conditions and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
